After a full analysis of the building’s position in the marketplace, we devise a management plan to maintain the very best in building function and appearance within your budget. Every building is assigned a maintenance person and a property manager. It is the property manager’s job to be aware of every issue that relates to the building, giving you personal, hands-on service that you can trust. On a regular basis, the property manager will meet with the White Company President to review current financial reports and major building issues, ensuring that a variety of people within our organization are always familiar with the ongoing status of your building. If your property is not fully leased, White Company provides complete marketing services.
