Thomas J. White
President

 

Mr. White is the third generation of his family to head the White Company. He took over leadership from his father in 1988, after working for the company for three years in several successive departments including accounting, leasing, property management and development. Mr. White graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor Degree from St. Louis University Law School. He has been active with many charitable organizations, working as a board member of the Wings of Hope, the Jesuit Seminary Association, and Our Lady of the Pillar School.

James H. Ferrick
Vice President

 

Mr. Ferrick joined the White Company in 1963, initially working as a sales associate. He then progressed through various departments before ultimately concentrating on marketing and development. Mr. Ferrick earned his Bachelor of Science and Electrical Engineering from St. Louis University, and has also earned his Missouri Real Estate Broker’s License. He has served on the Board of Directors of Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital and Villa Duchense High School.

Thomas M. Schenk
Vice President

 

Mr. Schenk began working at the White Company in 1997, as a part-time employee while completing his Bachelor’s Degree at St. Louis University. After earning his degree in 1998, he joined the company full-time and was promoted to Vice-President in early 2003. Mr. Schenk concentrates his time on office and industrial sales, leasing and development. He holds his Missouri Real Estate Salesperson’s License, is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, and is currently a candidate for SIOR (Society of Industrial Office Realtors). Mr. Schenk is active in the support and expansion of Boys and Girls Town of Missouri, and contributes his time to the Gift of Mary soup kitchen and the Ronald McDonald House.

Robert Johnston
Principal

 

Mr. Johnston joined the White Company in January 2006. After earning his B.S.B.A., he started his career in the Banking and Investment industry. In 1998 he earned his Master of Finance Degree at St. Louis University. Since becoming a Licensed Missouri Real Estate Salesperson in 2002, Mr. Johnston has mainly been involved in Office/Retail leasing, Investment and Development. He is a member of the St. Louis Association of Commercial Realtors, as well as, a Development Board Member of Edgewood Children’s Center. In addition, Mr. Johnston actively supports the BJC Hospice Pediatric WINGS Program.

Richard J. Postal
Principal

 

Mr. Postal joined the White Company in May of 2006 and is active in providing sales, leasing, investment, and development services to a wide variety of clientele. Prior to joining the White Company, Mr. Postal was a Vice President at Solon Gershman where he spent the last six years as a real estate sales person. During has tenure with Solon Gershman, Mr. Postal established himself as one of the top producers as a result of working with various office, industrial, and retail clients. Mr. Postal earned his Bachelor degree from the School of Business at St. Louis University and serves on the board of the St. Louis Learning Disabilities Association as Vice President.

Robert M. Meurer
Director of Development

 

Mr. Meurer is responsible for managing the firm’s new commercial development projects. During his career he has overseen the development, design, and construction of over 500,000 SF of office and retail space located in various midwestern and southeastern markets. He strives to create properties that are of lasting value to the owners and occupants of our projects, as well as the communities in which they are located. Using the firm’s budgeting and investment models, Rob takes an analytical approach to commercial development. From the initial due diligence of a potential project to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, these tools are used to drive decision making. He is involved in all phases of the development process, including: due diligence and market studies for potential projects, site selection and acquisition, managing the architectural and engineering design teams, municipal entitlements, construction management, leasing, and tenant improvements.

Florence Steinmeyer
Property Manager

 

Ms. Steinmeyer has been with the White Company since 1982. She first worked as an Administrative Assistant, before moving to Office Systems Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and then to her present position, Property Manager. Ms. Steinmeyer earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business at the University of Missouri in 1972, and her Missouri Real Estate License in 1993. She has served on the Board for the YMCA and is very active in community service through Gardenville Community Center.
