Developing a new facility is a massive undertaking, but at White Company we have the expertise to guide our clients through every phase of the process, from site selection and land acquisition to the completed, on-time and on-budget project.
During the planning and design phase of a project, we interview general contractors, architects and civil engineers and put together a team of professionals who will work together to ensure that the project is completed in a cost- and time-effective manner. We evaluate bids from each contractor and establish fees and general conditions costs. We then use a modified design-build approach to arrive at a cost-effective and practical design. This value engineering during the design phase is accomplished with input from many sources, including the subcontractors themselves.
Once a project is underway, White Company provides full service construction management, acting as an interface between you, the client, and the contractor. As issues arise during construction, White Company is able to act in your best interests, providing input on which change orders are necessary and what costs they should entail. Because we are active property managers ourselves, we are also able to provide a complete review of construction documents to recommend any changes that might add to the betterment of the long-term life and maintenance of the property.

Every building is assigned a maintenance person and a property manager. It is the property manager’s job to be aware of every issue that relates to the building, giving you personal, hands-on service that you can trust. On a regular basis, the property manager will meet with the White Company President to review current financial reports and major building issues, ensuring that a variety of people within our organization are always familiar with the ongoing status of your building. If your property is not fully leased, White Company provides complete marketing services.
